Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Handling Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Since many of our trikes are large and require specialized freight, please allow additional time for tracking information to update once the item has left our warehouse.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer shipping within the contiguous United States. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days once shipped, depending on your location. Please note that for large trikes, the freight company may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Damages During Transit Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, you must make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to returns@easyridetrikes.com within 24 hours so we can process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations As per our Refund Policy, all orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee. If the order has already shipped, the buyer is responsible for actual return shipping charges.
