Returns/Exchanges
Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all hardware, instructions, warranties, registration information, and packaging materials included. A Return Authorization number is required — please email returns@easyridetrikes.com to request one. Returns sent back without prior authorization may be returned freight collect.
Restocking Fee:
All returns (except those involving verified damage) are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipment. Refunds will be processed to your original credit card within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), minus actual shipping costs.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, make note of it when signing for delivery and send photos to returns@easyridetrikes.com within 24 hours. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf for a replacement or repair at no charge.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Orders canceled within 48 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund. All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing your order.
