Returns/Exchanges

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at returns@easyridetrikes.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you notice any damage to the packaging, you must make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos and send them to returns@easyridetrikes.com within 24 hours. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and arrange for a replacement or repair.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations

  • Within 48 Hours: Orders canceled within 48 hours of purchase will receive a full refund.

  • After 48 Hours: All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, regardless of whether the order has shipped.

  • If Shipped: If the order has already left our warehouse, the buyer is responsible for the actual return shipping charges in addition to the admin fee.

Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
